Maintenance & support terms

Virsto support includes all software updates and access to new releases and product documentation. Maintenance agreements can be purchased separately. Technical support by phone agreements are also purchased separately.

If you purchase a Virsto Maintenance and Support Services Agreement (MSSA) after acquiring Virsto Software Licenses, or have elected not to renew Services and later wish to re-enroll in them, you must move to the current Major Release of the Virsto Software and must pay applicable Services Fees for the current Services Period, the amount of Services Fees that would have been paid for the period of time that you were not enrolled in Services, and a 20% re-instatement fee on the sum of the cumulative Services Fees.
